Well, since Rick plugged HIS show, I'll plug mine..

My movie, 'Albert' which I used about 20 + shorts from the Prelinger Archives to make, will be recieving it's WORLD PREMIERE at Toronto Canada's Inside Out Gay and Lesbian Film Festival in late may. This is a bit of a cleaned up version of the earlier version that was on this site before (which I have requested to take offline for the time being). The date's to come later, but come by if you're in Toronto during that time....

Congrats on that Spuzz. Over the last few weeks I've downloaded tons of movies from these archives for the purpose of pulling samples for use in my industrial band. Yay! Public Domain! No Lawsuits! Anyway, the only thing that got me through most of the hours of scanning through the 2000+ movies and deciding which ones to download, watch, and pull samples from were your reviews which are there for about 95% of the films in this archive. Thank you for saving me heaps of trouble and providing a little humor, especially at 4:30 am when my eyes are burning and I don't think I can take any more cheezy 50's social guidance films. (Ginny thinks she has the key to popularity, parking in cars with boys at night)You rule, hope your film wins an award.
